2015 Ticket Information

Once ticket sales go live in late January, tickets can be purchased online at WJFF.ORG or by calling 1-888-718-4253 (9am-9pm, Monday-Friday).

On-site advanced sales are available at the DCJCC from Jan 27-Feb 18 (Tue & Thu, 3pm - 8pm)

Advance ticket sales close at 8:00 am the morning of the screening you are buying tickets to. Once advance sales close, tickets may still be available for purchase on-site (see Same Day Tickets procedures below).

Tickets purchased online can be picked up at the Will Call table prior to each screening.

Tickets purchased through our online ticket broker, Showclix, are subject to the company’s service charges.

Same day tickets can be purchased one hour before the show at the box office of the theater where the film is being screened. Space permitting.

Standby lines begin forming 1 hour prior to screening.

Availability of standby tickets is not guaranteed.

Special rates for groups of 10 or more are available for most screenings. Please call (202) 777-3241 or email [email protected] at least five days in advance of screening date for prices and availability.

The box office at the DCJCC opens one hour prior to the day’s first screening. All Saturday daytime screenings are presale only.

Save money, avoid processing fees, and gain access to all our programs without buying individual tickets! Note that our pass inventory is limited. Pass rules and regulations apply.

Festival Passes are good for any WJFF screening, excluding Opening, Closing, Centerpiece and Spotlight Evenings, Silent Films & Live Music events and Pre-Festival Special Events.

All-Access VIP Festival Passes are good for any WJFF screening including Opening, Closing, Centerpiece and Spotlight Evenings, Silent Film & Live Music events and Pre-Festival Special Events.

ALL Passes are NON-TRANSFERABLE and valid for one individual. Please bring a photo ID with you when using your festival pass.

To guarantee your spot at a screening, you must email [email protected] at least 72 hours prior to the screening (These don’t need to be one-off emails; most passholders simply send a single list of all films they would like to attend).

Passholders may also use their passes at the door without an advanced reservation; however, we cannot guarantee admittance to passholders who do not reserve in advance.

Festival passes purchased before Friday, February 7 will be mailed to the purchaser. Passes purchased after this date can be picked up at the DCJCC.
