• TWO DAYS ONLY!!   DCJCC members have priority ticket purchasing privileges on November 17 & 18. If you wish to take advantage of this offer, please have your membership number (printed on your DCJCC photo ID) ready when you call Box Office Tickets for advance sales.
• Tickets for the general public go on sale November 19.

• A limited number of free tickets are allocated for each screening for those who cannot afford the cost of admission. Arrangements must be made in advance by calling 202.518.9400 x248.

• General seating will begin 15 minutes prior to screening time.

• Your phone order must be received at Box Office Tickets by their close of business the day prior to your screening. 

• All tickets ordered at least 7 days before the screening will be mailed to the purchaser at no extra charge.  All tickets ordered less than 7 days before the screening must be picked up in person at Will Call on the day of the screening.  A photo ID and/or the credit card used for the purchase will be required to pick up tickets. 

Same-Day Ticket Sales and Will Call

• No advance ticket sales at the Theater — same day sales only. 

• On weekdays, The Cecile Goldman Theater Box Office (202.518.9400 x229) opens 1 hour prior to the first daytime screening and reopens 1 hour prior to the first evening screening.

• On weekends, the Box Office opens 1 hour prior to the first screening of the day and remains open. 

• The Box Office and Will Call pickup are located in the 16th Street Lobby of DCJCC.  The entrance to the Theater is on the 2nd Floor of DCJCC.

• General seating will begin 15 minutes prior to screening time.

Advance Ticket Order Form

• For your convenience, you may order advance tickets via FAX using the order form contained in the Festival Program and on this Web site.   Your FAX must be received at Box Office Tickets by their close of business (see hours above) the day prior to your screening. 

• Follow this link to retrieve the form.

• Print out the blank form on your printer.

• Fill the form out neatly in LARGE CAPITAL LETTERS.

• FAX the form to Box Office Tickets by close of business the day before the screening -- do NOT mail.
